What we collect

Any personal information you submit to this web site which may be used to identify you such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Your IP address (not linked to personally identifiable information), which is logged by our web server. This is used to note your interest in our web site.

We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Why we need it

We need your information to send you notices and invoices and to collect payments for any services you purchase from us in-line with your contract with us. We also carry out security checks to protect you and us from online fraud; and to comply with legal requirements and applicable UK law.

What we do with it

Your information is encrypted and stored in our password- and firewall-protected servers which is only processed by our staff in the UK and is not accessible by any third party unless the law allows them to do so.

How long we store it for

We only keep your personal details for a maximum of 6 calendar years if you are no longer a customer of ours after which it will be destroyed, if a customer commits fraud details will remain on file and will be shared with UK law enforcement agencies if requested.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data relating to children aged 13 years or younger. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us. If we learn that a child under 13 submits personal information to us we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • the right ask what personal information we hold about you at any time;
  • the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that we hold about you free of charge; and
  • (as set out above) the right to opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you.
