This feature allows you to record your calls taken through your marketing number.
You can either record all your calls, a percentage of calls or even record calls on demand.
All your recordings can be accessed via our online portal.
- Call Recording allows you to keep a backup information taken whilst on your calls.
- This is information can be used for a number of reasons such as:
- Legal backup, To resolve misunderstandings and disputes, Quality control (to ensure staff are dealing with queries correctly) etc.
