Call statistics provide you with the following information:

Missed calls, answered calls, ring duration, call duration and more.

You will be given access to the online portal, allowing you to log in and view all your Call Statistics live online.

• You can review your call statistics to gain insight into the inbound calls you receive.
• This enables you to view your busy times and understand when you are most likely to miss calls and may require additional help answering them.
